Customers, captured on the spot
Take down a new customer while they’re still standing in front of you. Name, address, number, straight into your contacts.
Every job ends twice: once on site, once at the kitchen table. FieldLink handles the second one, all by text.
Built for the trades. Launching soon.
Say the word and it goes out to her.
Built for the trades that run on trucks and tickets
Your day is in the field. Driving, meeting customers, managing crews. But the office never stops calling you back. Every estimate, invoice, reminder, and follow-up is one more interruption, one more app to open, one more thing to remember.
FieldLink takes all of it off your plate.
Other software gave you a place to do the office work.FieldLink does it.
If you can send a text, you already know how to run your business with FieldLink.
In plain words, the way you’d text an employee. One task or ten, however it comes out of your head.
The agent understands the request and works in the tools you already use, Google or Jobber, to actually complete it. Not just chat about it.
A short reply telling you exactly what got done, and what’s waiting on your OK before it goes out.
You don’t break the work into steps. Say it the way it comes out of your head, and FieldLink sorts out everything it takes.
All four, before you got back to the truck.
Everything you’d hand to an office manager, described the way you’d text one. FieldLink does the work, not just the talking.
Take down a new customer while they’re still standing in front of you. Name, address, number, straight into your contacts.
Describe the work, or just photograph it. FieldLink reads the model number off the plate, scopes the job, and drafts good, better, and best from work you’ve actually done.
Book the work and it lands on your calendar with the customer, the address, and the scope already attached.
Invoice a finished job with a pay link attached, and text photos of the work to go out with it. When the money lands, FieldLink texts you.
Text a photo of the supply house receipt. FieldLink reads it, matches it to the job, and sharpens your next quote.
Anything you’d otherwise forget between jobs. FieldLink remembers and nudges you at the right time.
Most field service software assumes you already bought and learned a CRM. FieldLink runs on the accounts you already own.
Contacts, Calendar, and Drive. The back office most one-person shops already run on, turned into a real system without switching to anything.
Already on Jobber? FieldLink writes your clients, quotes, and jobs straight into it and leaves Jobber as your system of record.
Pay links on your quotes and invoices, deposits when you want them, and a text the moment the money actually lands.
Running something else? FieldLink works off your Google account either way, so you can put it to work alongside whatever you’ve got today. More connections follow as we grow.
Jobber, Google Workspace, and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners.
FieldLink prices from what your jobs actually cost, not national averages. Every invoice you close feeds back in. So when someone wants a number on the spot, you’ve already got three options drawn from work you’ve really done.
FieldLink earns its place in your day: private, dependable, and always in your control.

No. You run FieldLink by text, from the messaging app already on your phone. There’s a web page where you can look over quotes, invoices, and job history when you want to, but you never have to open it to get work done.
Capture a new customer, draft an estimate, put the job on your calendar, create and send an invoice, take payment, read a supply house receipt, and keep track of what you asked it to remember. If it’s office work that comes out of a job, it’s on the table.
No, and that’s the point. Most field service software assumes you already run one. FieldLink works straight off the Google account you already have, so a one-person shop gets a real back office without buying and learning a CRM first. If you do run Jobber, FieldLink works with that instead.
Only when you tell it to. FieldLink drafts the quote or invoice and waits. When you give the word, it goes out by email under your business name, or as a Jobber quote if that’s where you work. It never sends anything on its own.
You always do. Nothing reaches a customer unless you tell FieldLink to send it, so a $4,000 estimate goes out on your say-so, not a moment before.
Pricing is announced at launch. Waitlist members get early access and founding-customer pricing before it’s public.
You just wrapped the last job. Normally that’s when the second shift starts.
FieldLink already handled it.
Go home. Eat dinner. See your kids.
