Yes. If you run on Jobber, FieldLink writes to Jobber and leaves it as your system of record. If you don’t run a CRM, it works directly with Google Contacts, Calendar, and Drive, and payments run through Stripe. Running something else? Yes. Text a picture of the unit or the work and FieldLink reads what it can from it: model number, capacity, condition, how hard it is to reach. Those details go into the estimate and get listed as assumptions so you can check them. If the photo isn’t clear enough to be sure, it asks you instead of guessing.

Materials are priced from live supplier pricing. Labor and markup come from your own completed jobs, not national averages. Every invoice you close feeds back in, so the numbers track your business rather than someone else’s.

You can bring your history with you. Import past invoices from a spreadsheet, or pull them in from Jobber when you connect it, and FieldLink starts warm instead of blank. Without any history it still builds an estimate from materials and labor, and it tells you when its confidence is low.

It tells you, rather than asking you to take it on faith. Every estimate carries a confidence level and shows how many similar jobs it drew from. You also get a monthly accuracy report comparing what you quoted to what the jobs actually came to, so you can watch it improve instead of guessing.
