Who we are
FieldLink is a product of App Sensei LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FieldLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide an assistant that lets service businesses handle office work over text messaging, including scheduling, estimates, invoices, reminders, and follow-ups. This policy applies to the FieldLink service, our marketing site, and our SMS messaging.
FieldLink is operated in the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information will be processed here.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name and email.
- Phone numbers used to send commands and receive replies.
- Message content necessary to provide the service.
- Integration data needed to execute requested actions (for example, Google or Jobber).
- Usage and device data such as IP address, timestamps, and basic logs. We use it to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers or health information. Payments, when we offer them, are handled by a payment processor that receives card details directly.
How we use information
- To provide and operate FieldLink.
- To send transactional and service-related messages you request.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- To maintain security controls and enforce our terms.
We do not use the content of your messages or your customer data to train publicly available AI models.
SMS and messaging
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
If you interact with FieldLink via SMS, our messaging providers process message content and phone numbers to deliver and respond to your messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the service you asked for.
Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party services, those services may provide us with data needed to execute requested actions. We request only the access needed to do the work you ask for, and you can disconnect an integration at any time to revoke that access.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who on our team can reach customer data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security and operational records. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP (reply HELP for help).
- Disconnect integrations to revoke access.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. Those can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal if we decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
Children
FieldLink is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will give you notice before they take effect.
