About the service
FieldLink is a workflow assistant that helps field-service businesses draft and execute requests through connected tools (for example, Google Workspace and Jobber) and communicate via messaging. The Service is operated by App Sensei LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FieldLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
FieldLink may use automated systems, including AI, to interpret your requests and route them to connected tools. The service is designed for convenience, not perfection. Always review important actions and details.
FieldLink is not an emergency service and is not intended for use in emergencies or for time-critical safety communications.
Early access and preview features
Parts of the service may be offered as a preview, beta, or early-access release. Those parts may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and they are provided without any service commitment. Don't rely on them for anything you can't afford to redo by hand.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
- If the service supports team access, you are responsible for managing access for your team members and contractors.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use FieldLink for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam messaging.
- You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any necessary consent from recipients.
- You must comply with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or access the service using unauthorized methods.
- Do not use the service to send or facilitate unsolicited marketing messages or prohibited content, including content that is harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as a standalone offering, and do not use it to build a competing product.
Messaging
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to message recipients and that you comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines related to texting and telemarketing, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier requirements.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party services, your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. FieldLink may store configuration and tokens needed to perform actions you request.
You can revoke access to connected services at any time, which may limit or prevent FieldLink from completing requests that rely on those services.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout, and subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of your current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may change pricing with notice before it takes effect for your next billing period. Founding-customer pricing, where offered, is honored on the terms it was offered under.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant FieldLink a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service, including sending messages, creating records in connected tools, and generating confirmations.
We do not use the content of your messages or your customer data to train publicly available AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
Our intellectual property
The service, including its software, interfaces, and branding, belongs to FieldLink and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing, and nothing more.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant FieldLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
Disclaimers
FieldLink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and outputs may be incorrect. You should review important actions and information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, including laws related to safe driving and mobile device usage. Use voice-to-text and hands-free tools where appropriate, and pull over when needed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FieldLink against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your messaging to recipients, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, or if needed to protect the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will do so, including your feedback license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and FieldLink agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each of us waives any objection to venue there.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms. If a change is material, we will give you notice before it takes effect.
General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FieldLink about the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
