What counts as a request?
A request is one job you hand off, like scheduling a visit, drafting an estimate, or chasing down an unpaid invoice. It covers the whole back-and-forth it takes to get that one thing sorted, not each individual text. Every plan includes a generous monthly allowance, and most operators never come close.
